Imagine 200 guests gathered together at the Roseburg Event Center for a unique culinary fundraiser, 'Leading Men Who Cook' hosted by LEAD Inc. Grant County's Leading Men compete for the title Champion Chef as they prepare some of their favorite dishes for you. All will be serving their favorite dish and earning tips (donations) from guests to benefit the nonprofit of their choice. Tip monies earned by chefs raised more than $20,000 for 30 local charities in 2018. Local nonprofits are encouraged to provide a member of their board or staff to serve as a chef and collect tips for their organization.

BYOC² stands for "Build Your Own Community" and "Buy Your Own Coffee." BYOC² is a flexible, low-key, and informal time for various Grant County professionals to meet, mingle, and converse together. 

The vision of BYOC² is to foster connectivity amongst community members, encourage local community investment, provide information on existing local resources, and propel local business startups, expansion, and retention. Members of the Grant County Economic Growth Council, Marion-Grant County Chamber of Commerce, Main St. Marion, Marion Design Co., The Refinery, and many more local organizations are consistently present during BYOC². 

BYOC² occurs the first Wednesday of each month from 7am to 9am @ Abbey Coffee Co. (1500 S Western Ave, Marion, IN 46953)! Grab a co-worker, employee, or a friend and head to Abbey Coffee Co. anytime between 7am to 9am to drink coffee and meet your community!
